2001- A Space Oyssey Japanese Poster (1977) by Bob McCall
Japanese re-release of landmark 1968 Kubrick film; the poster artwork by Bob McCall.
McCall was an illustrator for Life magazine in the 1960s. He created promotional artwork for Stanley Kubrick's film 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) and Richard Fleischer's Tora! Tora! Tora! (1970), and worked as an artist for NASA, documenting the history of the Space Race.

McCall was also a production illustrator on Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979) and Walt Disney's The Black Hole (1979). His work was even admired on screen, when Commander William Riker referred to "Bob McCall" in an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

- Frame profile: 6x9, 8x12, 12x18 and 16x24 use a 0.5 inch frame; 20x30 uses a 1 inch frame.
- Small variations of a few millimetres can occur because frames are finished by hand.

- Printed on heavyweight, museum quality, acid free paper with archival inks for sharp detail and long life.
- All frames come with a clear protective acrylic (plexiglass) front, lighter and safer than glass.
