Where we ship

Room Service currently ships across most pincodes in India through our courier partners.
We do not offer international shipping yet.

Processing time

All prints and frames are made to order.

  • Orders are usually processed in 3 to 5 working days from the date of payment.

  • During sales or launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • 3 to 7 working days for most metros

  • 5 to 10 working days for other locations

Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary based on your pincode and courier delays.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value, size and delivery location.
Any free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.
You can use this link to follow your shipment until it reaches you.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Please open your package as soon as it arrives.

If your frame or print is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, email us at hey@roomserviceart.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order ID

  • clear photos of the product and the outer box

  • if possible, a short unboxing video showing the damage and the shipping label

We will review your case and send a free replacement. If a replacement is not possible, you can choose between a refund or Room Service store credit, as per our Refund Policy.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or no one was available to accept the package after multiple attempts, we can reship it after receiving the correct address and an additional shipping fee.

Multiple item orders

If you order multiple prints or frames together, they may be shipped in one or more parcels depending on size and packaging requirements. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
